Helen "Sue-Sue" L. Clark

Helen "Sue-Sue" L. Clark, known affectionately to all as Sue-Sue, passed away on the 25th of February, 2024, at the age of 60 in Holmdel. Born on January 27, 1964, in Perth Amboy, she was raised in Fords, prior to living in Keansburg.

Sue-Sue was predeceased by her loving parents, Charles and Helen Clark, and her sister, Kimberly Schaffer. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by her devoted companion of 30 years, Shawn Gallagher. She will also be deeply missed by her brothers, Adam (Susan), Bo Bo, and Jodi (Mary) Clark, as well as her half-siblings, John Sinclair, Jeanette Williams, Jessie Frank, and Cindy Blake, her niece, Alyssa Clark and a nephew, Jonathan Clark.

Professionally, Sue-Sue dedicated many years as a landscaper for Sal Amsture Landscaping. Her passion for the outdoors and her creative vision brought beauty to the many gardens and green spaces she tended to with care.

Sue-Sue's interests and hobbies were a reflection of her dynamic personality. A die-hard NASCAR fan, she found joy and excitement in the world of car racing. Her own experiences racing cars at Wall Stadium were among her most treasured memories.

In her downtime, Sue-Sue could often be found meeting her friends at Jackie Keelen’s, where laughter and camaraderie were always on the menu.

Gardening was another of Sue-Sue's passions. She found solace and joy in the simple act of nurturing plants and watching them grow.

Rest in peace, dear Sue-Sue. Your memory will forever be a beacon of joy and love.
